90% of countries in the world have signed the Ramsar Convention, making it one of the biggest international treaties.
Ramsar was built on the same principle of sound science that underpins WWT and it looks to the Scientific and Technical Review Panel (STRP) to guide it.
WWT is very proud to have sat on the STRP for many years.
