Don Stenhouse: Insects
A hands on 'entertainer', Dan encourages handling of stick insects, praying mantises, madagascan hissing cockroaches and a giant millipede to convince some people that insects are not as fearsome as they may think
Windmill Animal Farm
Windmill Animal Farm was first opened to the public in 1992 and offers visitors the chance to experience the every day running of an actual working farm while still having the chance to watch, feed, touch and play with animals.
As well as these beautiful and unusual animals to see, the farm has three children's play areas. The indoor play barn, one of the largest in the North West, the new outdoor play area by the main farm complex and the second new outdoor play area by Lake View, which can be reached by our beautiful miniature train that crosses the farm. Siberian Husky Welfare Association (SHWA)
The Siberian Husky Welfare is dedicated to helping homes with huskies keep their dogs by offering advice & support. We rescue & re home unwanted dogs in all areas. www.huskywelfare.org.uk

Oasis Ferret Rescue
Take a ferret for a walk for a small charge
Carol Pope has run the rescue sanctuary for the last eleven years, taking in old, abused or unwanted ferrets. She fundraises whenever she can to support these misunderstood creatures.
Corio Raptor Care
Corio Raptor Care operates extensively in the North West and takes in around 80 raptors per year, the majority of which are successfully returned to the wild. The raptor display usually has up to 15 species of birds of prey including vultures with display and information boards, and educational exhibits. Snakes with Jim Eaton
I will be showing my usual breeding colony of colourful albino Corn snakes,( Normal colours, Anerythristic, Amelanistic and Snow ) plus baby snakes from this years successful breeding programme. There will also be Yellow rat snakes and Western Hognoses plus some other interesting small snakes. lots of info, care sheets and advice for prospective snake keepers. Maybe even a "hands on" experience for those who wish to handle a harmless snake and Plenty of photo opportunities.
