Meetings, meetings, meetings!
Today I have been in lots of meetings. I spent the morning with our Buildings Manager for an ideas session and about our later meeting about the play area, this was really good as we walked the gounds rather than being cooped up indoors. I met with the highways agency with regards to extra signage for the entrance to the centre so people are more aware of it driving past.
We have met with one of the play area companies today to dicuss some changes we would like to make and how they can accomodate these in to the designs and stay within the constraints of the till.
This week we are getting ready for October half term and all our halloween activities. If you visit/have visited the site this week you will see our giant pumpkins are once again in place to guide you to the Dome for pumpkin carving! These have been grown by one of our Grounds Wardens, who also provides the 400 pumpkins for pumpkin carving which will be happening from Monday.
This will also be the last week of our Canoe Safari being open, so get down and have a go before its closed for its too late.
