Whooper Pond

We have recently had a female Pintail coming in to the feeds. Ever since it first arrived it was straight up to us like it seemed to know the routine we have. We found that this birds had a ring and with a little bit of effort the ring was read (the ring was upside down). We have never ringed a female Pintail here are Caerlaverock so were keen to know where this bird came from. News came back today that our Pintail actually was caught and ringed in WWT SLIMBRIDGE!! in January this year.
