Fantastic footage of the beavers
We have pulled two bits of footage from the beaver webcam that I wanted to share with you. There is some very cute footage of three beavers sat with their back to the camera grooming like they have decided not to perform for the camera anymore and we have footage of Twiggy and Woody breeding. Beavers tend to breed in January and February so we tend to expect young in Spring. We have seen the courtship behaviour of beavers before but we have never seen the actual act and it is quite amazing to see as I imagine that very few people have ever witnessed it.
