Groups can now get closer to nature for less
Groups visiting WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre can now get closer to nature for even less, as group discount doubles to 15%. This means that groups visiting the centre from 1 April 2015 onwards will be paying less than in 2014.
Our award-wining wetland nature reserve offers spectacular days out for groups of all ages and interests; from close encounters with birds, to breathtaking views of diverse wetland habitats and a full programme of events and activities.
Centre Manager Nigel Williams said: “Whatever the season, come rain or shine, WWT Llanelli is the perfect place for your group to connect with nature.
“We are open 363 days a year and we offer an easy space for groups to enjoy the wonders of wetlands, with a host of unforgettable wildlife encounters, regular walks and talks, and beautiful scenery all year round.
“We want to make sure that as many groups as possible can get close to our fantastic wetland wildlife by making our group admission prices as competitive as we can."
Llanelli Wetland Centre is a perfect day out for groups. You can hand feed birds from all over the world, watch our flock of Caribbean flamingos, discover hidden treasures such as little egrets, kingfishers, dragonflies, butterflies and look out for elusive water voles.
There is also a well-stocked gift shop and the Estuary cafe serves tasty homemade food and offers group catering options.
Llanelli Wetland Centre is fully accessible with ample, nearby car and coach parking, wide flat paths and accessible hides and sensory gardens. There are also plenty of places to sit and relax while taking in the stunning surroundings.
