There's a bit more water around the reserve thanks to the heavy rain over the weekend, the fields have freshened up and the meadow is looking great with plenty of flowers on show.
The Tawny Owl has reappeared in a tree along the path to the Folly Pond Hide.
Please be aware, there is a wasp nest in the roof cavity of the Teal Pond Hide. They will not bother you if you do not bother them. If wasps are not your favourite animal, do not approach the hide. The Teal Pond can also be viewed from the Summer Walk.
