Latest Sightings - 26th August

A sunny start to the day on the reserve. The Black-tailed Godwits are again showing well in front of our new hide overlooking the Folly Pond along with at least 6 Snipe very close to the hide.

The House Martins are still busy around the Farmhouse Tower and it looks like some are rearing a second brood of young. They will need to get a move on if they are to fledge before winter arrives!

A Kingfisher has been a regular sight over the past week, mostly along the Back Pond and Lochar Water.

Todays high tide is at 16:07, 8.9m
