By holding your event at the Arundel Wetland Centre you are directly supporting the conservation work of WWT.
Castle Meeting Room
With stunning views over the reserve to Arundel Castle, this highly versatile space can accommodate between 10 and 60 delegates.
Bathed in natural light, with blinds available for use with slide and OHP presentations, it is a fully sound-proofed room ideal for any corporate event.
Sandpiper Theatre
A purpose built theatre with raked upholstered seating for up to 90 delegates, the Sandpiper Theatre has a built-in slide projector with a large wall mounted screen, perfect for audio visual or other formal presentations.
Kingfisher Room
This smaller meeting room is suitable for meetings for up to 10 delegates. With large windows overlooking 'Swan Lake', delegates will be refreshed and invigorated by the tranquility of the setting.
Main Gallery
For evening events only, this large area can be the focal point of a social gathering, a corporate launch; indeed any type of event needing space & facilities for up to 200 persons.
Wedding receptions are popular, as are formal dining occasions for charity auctions and informal buffets & dancing to celebrate anniversaries. Huge, picture windows overlook floodlit Swan Lake, yet decorations can create an intimate space for that special event.
Outlook In Buildings
Gateway buildings to our new Wetlands Discovery area, these charming, thatched buildings are at the leading edge of environmentally friendly technology.
Designed to be as sustainable as possible, they make use of reclaimed and recycled materials and organic paints. Underground, thermal transfer heating provides warmth. Even the toilets are connected to a vertical and horizontal flow reedbed treatment system which not only cleans the water as well as a conventional treatment plant but creates yet more valuable wetland habitats.
With a veranda skirting pristine, chalk-spring fed channels & lakes, views of quintessentially English countryside, the Outlook In is popular with ecologically concerned organisations, as well as social groups who like this venue because it is so beautiful.
Catering
Catering for all functions is provided by our in-house catering team who prepare and serve a tempting range of home-made delicacies to suit all tastes. Whether it is for a breakfast meeting, a buffet lunch or a formal dinner, menus can be tailored to suit every occasion.
Extra services
Additional extras such as decorations, floral displays and musicians can be provided at an extra cost.
Complimentary services
Your guests will enjoy a number of complimentary services at the centre including free on-site car parking and free entry to the wildlife reserve. N.B With the exception of the Castle Meeting Room, all our facilities, including the grounds, are fully wheelchair accessible.
