After so many good birds turning up recently we were not expecting to get any more. But this afternoon TWO RICHARDS’S PIPITS have been found. They are in a private area but if they are still present over the weekend we will try and arrange access. This is only the 11th record of this rare vagrant from Siberia being seen in Gloucestershire, it is even rarer to see two together! Both birds are in very fresh first winter plumage and have been heard calling several times. If we can arrange access we will put information on this part of the website.
