Another high 10.1m tide at Sharpness produced a flood of the Dumbles. The conditions are ideal for huge numbers of birds and c5000 birds were present here this morning including Ruff, Redshank, Dunlin, Lapwing, E White-fronted Goose 331, Barnacle Geese 156, Canada Goose 200, Wigeon 2500, Pintail, Teal, Bewick's Swans and lots of gulls. A flock of c20 Linnet and 12 Skylark also seen with female Peregrine hunting the area.
