Family members' pond exploration - 18/8/2012
Taking place on the third Saturday of the month between June and August, these sessions are for any young members and their families.
We will be pond dipping to discover the creatures that live beneath the surface and using different techniques to investigate them.
Each session will build on the skills and knowledge gained in previous sessions, and will allow you to learn about the pond creatures in greater detail than during the public pond dipping sessions, and have a go at using microscopes and recording your findings.
Sessions start at 11am and last approximately one hour. Please meet at the information desk.
