We're open 7 days a week, 364 days a year and there's always something to see and do!

November, December & January | 9.30am – 4.30pm (last entry 3.30pm).
We're open every day except Christmas Day. On Christmas Eve we're open 9.30am - 3pm.

February & March | 9.30am – 5pm (last entry 4pm).
April – October | 9.30am – 5.30pm (last entry 4.30pm).

Guide dogs and dogs at Slimbridge

Trained assistance dogs wearing the appropriate branded jacket and lead/harness, and where possible with the accompanying ID card are welcome. Unfortunately dogs in training are not permitted on site, and we would appreciate if visitors are able to call ahead, to let us know they will be visiting with an assistance dog on 01453 891200.

Please note that all other dogs are not permitted within the grounds. We kindly ask that dog owners consider the welfare of their pets, ensuring dogs are not left in unoccupied cars at Slimbridge in warm weather conditions.
