A: Any facility at a wetland site that delivers wetland education, participation or awareness-raising

A: The Ramsar term for communication, education, participation and awareness raising.
Q: Do we have to be an NGO to join WLI?
A: No. Although many of our members are NGO's, we also have centres run by local government and those that are privately run. We do expect centres to be publicy accessible to join the network
