We hope you’re keeping safe and healthy while, like us, you adapt to this new way of life. We’ve had to make some changes, most obviously closing our sites to the public for now. But we’re still operating as a conservation charity and doing all we can to save wetlands and wildlife.

Bringing nature to you

Connecting people with nature is what we do at WWT. During this pandemic we believe it is more important than ever, even if you’re not able to get out in person.

Whether you’re home schooling the kids or simply want something to lift the spirits, we’ve pulled together (and will be adding to) resources and advice to help transport you back to nature from your home. And rest assured we're doing all we can to continue our mission for wetlands and wildlife.

Our work continues

Behind the scenes, we’re still working hard. Nature doesn’t stop for lockdown, so we need to keep our wetlands in condition for the breeding season and prepare for next winter. Although many of our plans for this year changed at the 11th hour, there’s much work that continues. And it’s your support that makes it possible.
