We're Good to Go

We’re looking forward to seeing you soon!

Since the start of the pandemic, our centres were accredited with the ‘Good to Go’ stamp of approval, a UK wide industry standard and checklist confirming we have put the necessary measures in place to help keep visitors safe. We are continuing with many of these measures after the 19th July, including staff and volunteers wearing masks indoors, encouraging visitors to wear masks indoors and we will be maintaining an enhanced cleaning regime, and providing hand sanitisers.

You can find out about the things that make a visit special, what to expect and essentials like toilets, hides, food and drink, and shops on each of our centre webpages.

Get closer to nature this summer

Our centres are full of awe-inspiring nature that all the family will enjoy this summer. You’ll experience wildlife and wetlands at their very best in a safe haven of wide-open spaces. And whether it’s being cool by water on a hot summer’s day you are looking for, or adventure in the rain, our wetland centres have so much to see and explore.

There’s no better place to enjoy time with your family and friends this summer.

How to visit

To guarantee your visit and continue to manage our visitor numbers, we ask that you book your visit, including if you visit for free such as being a member, children under four and carers. If you can’t easily book online, then you can just arrive on the day and where we have capacity this will be fine.

When you arrive at any of our centres, our friendly team will welcome you and are there to answer any questions you may have and to ensure you have a fantastic day out.

In line with the Government’s own advice, we are encouraging everyone who can to wear masks in our indoor areas, such as shops, cafes and hides.
