We’re looking forward to welcoming you back to our wetland sites across the UK and have everything in place so you have the best day out.
All our centres have been accredited with the ‘Good to Go’ stamp of approval, a UK wide industry standard and checklist confirming we have put the necessary measures in place to help keep visitors safe. This means we are operating within government guidelines and public health guidance for managing coronavirus risk.
We’ve made a few changes to our centres, such as carefully managing the number of people on site, introducing enhanced cleaning regimes and one way systems where needed to allow you to wander around safely enjoying the wildlife. You can find out about the things that make a visit special, what to expect and essentials like toilets, hides, food and drink, and shops on our centre webpages.
Our sites are awe-inspiring places. You’ll experience nature at its very best in a safe haven of wide-open spaces filled with wildlife – guaranteed to lift your spirits.
Come and meet our new spring arrivals and share your wetland wander with a winding trail of goslings or chattering ducklings following their mother along the water’s edge. There’s no better place to immerse yourself in nature and take in the sights and sounds of spring.
Every visitor will need to pre-book, including those who visit for free such as members, children under four and carers.
We are asking people to pre-book tickets to ensure we can maintain social distancing in line with the Covid 19 regulations. We will limit the number of visitors every day to ensure we can keep everyone safe.
When you arrive at any of our centres, our friendly team will welcome you and are there to answer any questions you may have and to ensure you have a fantastic day out. To limit touch points and keep you safe, we’re asking everyone to pay by card where possible and in line with government guidance ask that face masks be worn in all indoor spaces.
Get ready to take a much needed break and step away from the screen, experience and embrace the joy and restorative power of nature this spring by visiting one of our wetland sites.Book your visit
