Rushy Hide
2 Ruff, Redshank and a Black-tailed Godwit on the lower pond, 2 Little Grebe, the hybrid male Wigeon with a female Eurasian Wigeon.
Tack Piece
400 Teal, 30 Wigeon, Snipe and a Ruff on the scrape.
Holden Tower
Red-breasted Goose flew to the Severn with the Barnacle Goose flock. A flock of c20 Ruff flew through to the North.
Middle Point
Spoonbill, Great White Egret, 11 Little Egret and 2 Grey Heron on the estuary fishing in the creeks. Flocks of c39 and 125 Golden Plover flew through as well as 2 Grey Plover that settled on the sands.
South Lake
Avocet, 3 Curlew Sandpiper, 24 Redshank, 3 Ruff, 40 Black tailed Godwit and 4 Snipe.
Zeiss Hide
Spotted Redshank, 90 Dunlin, 7 Little Stint, 70 Black-tailed Godwit, 14 Redshank and 6 Ruff until a Peregrine began hunting. 200 Wigeon and 400 Teal.
Visible Migration
A few flocks of Redwing and Siskins moving SW.
