Look out for huge flocks of wigeon, teal, lapwing and Bewick’s swans. Watch golden plover twinkling as they flock together in the sky and keep your eyes peels for the elusive bittern skulking in the reedbeds.
And if it gets too cold head indoors to our heated restaurant for a warming hot chocolate and delicious slice of cake. Take a trip up our observation tower for stunning 360 degree views of the Severn Estuary.
For those of you with little ones don’t forget to let them burn off some energy in our Riverlife playground and come along to our daily otter and toad talks. Grab a bag of bird seed from the visitor centre and feed our nene – the world’s rarest goose.
