1 Common Tern - fishing in wildside ponds and reedbed

2 Kestrel - sheltered lagoon

1 Whitethroat - sheltered lagoon

Reptiles: (22nd May survey) 5 Grass Snake, 95 Slow Worm, 1 Common Lizard (juvenile).

Flowering plants: Beaked Hawksbeard, Bristly Oxtongue, Rough Hawkbit, Viper's Bugloss, Deptford Pink, Meadow Vetchling, Grass Vetchling, Tufted Vetch, Cow Parsley, Guelder Rose, Hawthorn, Marsh Marigold, Lesser Celandine, Bugle, Forget-me-not, Bee Orchid, Southern Marsh Orchid, Dove's-foot Crane's-bill, Ragged Robin, Daisy, Cut-leaved Crane's-bill, Red Campion, White Campion, Green Alkanet, Common Vetch, Herb Robert, Ox-eye Daisy, Creeping Buttercup, Celery-leaved Buttercup, Ramsons, Jack-by-the-hedge, Bird's-foot Trefoil, Yellow Rattle, Herb Bennett, Common Mallow, Ragwort, Yellow Iris, Cut-leaved Crane's-bill, Round-leaved Crane's-bill, White Water-lily, Meadow Rue, Hemlock Water-dropwort, Amphibious Bistort, Greater and Lesser Pond Sedge, Pendulous Sedge, Cyperus Sedge, Glaucous Sedge, False Fox Sedge, Tussock Sedge, Common Spike-rush, Hard Rush, Soft Rush, Square-stalked St.John's Wort.

Butterflies: (15th June walk) Brimstone, Red Admiral, Large White, Small White, Common Blue, Speckled Wood, Holly Blue, Peacock, Meadow Brown.

Dragonflies: (11th June survey) Azure Damselfly, Hairy Dragonfly, Emperor Dragonfly, Norfolk Hawker, Blue-tailed Damselfly, Common Blue Damselfly, Broad-bodied Chaser, Black-tailed Skimmer, Four-spotted Chaser (see below), Banded Demoiselle, Southern Hawker, Red-eyed Damselfly, Large Red Damselfly.
