After the second hatching on Saturday things look to be going well on the osprey nest. Both chicks are being fed and the second chick is now looking stronger and easily capable of lifting it's head up to be fed tiny morsels of fish. Today our male osprey

Both birds on the nest at 12 noon today in the sunshine. Still one hungry looking chick and one unhatched egg. All looking good,the  chick does indeed look stronger today. Thankfully we have warm sunny weather and it looks to be settled over the weekend
