This special Migration Festival session is an adaptation of Generation Wild, WWT's free nature connection programme for schools, children and families in economically disadvantaged areas. Generation Wild uses storytelling, puppetry and innovative technology to inspire children to connect with nature, with a visit to a wetland centre acting as a springboard for further exploration and community-based activity. Developed for schools with 25% or more pupils eligible for free school meals, this adapted festival experience brings the same creativity, imagination and meaningful nature connection to our Migration Festival audience.
