Migratory Walk with a Warden
Discover birds arriving from across the globe on a guided walk through the wetlands, finishing at the Sand Martin bank to see these West African travellers up close.

Migration Festival: From West Africa to the Wetlands
We’re excited to be hosting our first-ever Migration Festival from 2–4 May, celebrating the sights, sounds, and stories of migration. This lively, family-friendly festival brings together West African music, dance, storytelling, crafts, and food, alongside the incredible journeys of spring birds, including sand martins, swifts, yellow wagtails, terns, chiffchaffs, and warblers. Explore the fascinating connections between nature, culture, and migration across three days of immersive activities.
