2 Whinchat, Stonechat and great passage of Warblers. After the past week of rains, the reserve is leafy green and has burst into life.

2 Whinchat - grazing marsh

2 Common Sandpiper - main lake

2 Green Sandpiper - main lake

4 Snipe - main lake

1 Goldcrest - wet woodlands

3+ Willow Warbler - south route

25+ Chiff Chaff - south route, wildside, entrance lakes

25+ House Martin - east bank

The good fall of warblers continues with plenty of feeding activity along summer route, south route and in wildside.

Dragonflies/Damselflies: Common Blue Damselfly, Common Darter, Willow Emerald Damselfly, Ruddy Darter, Migrant Hawker, Brown Hawker.
