Breeding Bird Survey Results 12/05 (singing birds only): 7 Blackbird, 16 Blackcap, 7 Chiffchaff, 21 Cetti's Warbler, 11 Sedge Warbler, 62 Reed Warbler, 4 Reed Bunting, 6 Song Thrush, 17 Wren, 8 Dunnock, 7 Greenfinch, 32 Robin. Other breeding birds include Lapwing (3prs), Shoveler (1pr), Pochard (7prs), Water Rail (2prs), Great Crested Grebe (2prs), Common Tern (2pr), Black-headed Gull (4prs).

Butterflies and bees: Holly Blue, Red Admiral, Peacock, Brimstone, Comma, Small White, Speckled Wood, Orange-tip, Green Hairstreak, Painted Lady, Bee-fly, Yellow-legged Mining Bee, Tawny Mining Bee, White-bellied Mining-bee, Hairy-footed Flower Bee, Buff-tailed Bumblebee, Orange-Tailed Mining Bee, European Orchard Bee, Common Carder Bee.

Dragonflies: Hairy dragonfly, Broad-bodied Chaser, Azure Damselfly, Blue-tailed Damselfly, Large Red Damselfly.
