1 Lesser Whitethroat - singing by the cafe before flying towards the entrance

2 Willow Warbler - south route, entrance bank

10 Sedge Warbler - across reserve

25+ Reed Warbler - across reserve

1 Dunlin - main lake from WWF hide

1 Snipe - marsh

2 Oystercatcher - main lake

2 Little Egret - marsh

2 Wheatear - marsh, from wildside hide

1 Kingfisher - wader scrape

1 Swift - over

1 Swallow - over the marsh

1 Red Kite - over site

2 Buzzard - over wildside

1 Peregrine - high over south route

Breeding Bird Survey Results 16/04 (singing birds only): 5 Blackbird, 12 Blackcap, 8 Chiffchaff, 19 Cetti's Warbler, 4 Willow Warbler, 6 Sedge Warbler, 23 Reed Warbler, 4 Reed Bunting, 6 Song Thrush, 22 Wren.
