Reedbeds full of singing Reed Warbler with Chiffchaff and Willow Warbler in the woodland and scrub

2 Barnacle Geese - main lake
2 Oystercatcher - main lake
5 Snipe - marsh, scrape

Reptiles: (mid-April survey) 4 Common Lizard, 2 Grass Snake, 13 Slow Worm.
Flowering plants: Cowslip, Cow Parsley, Primrose, Hawthorn, Blackthorn, Marsh Marigold, Lesser Celandine, Forget-me-not, Cuckoo-flower, Snake's-head Fritillary, Wood Anemone.
Water voles: feeding platforms noted along the south route, and one adult spotted in wildside.
