Wildlife Sightings for 30th September 2025
A Firecrest seen in world wetlands. Three Snipe along with two Little Grebes seen on the wader scrape. Five Stonechat also spotted.

1 Firecrest - world wetlands
4 Song Thrush - flying over (migrating west)
24 Meadow Pipit - across site
6 Chiffchaff - wildside, wader scrape
Butterflies and dragonflies (September) - Red Admiral, Small White, Green-veined White, Speckled Wood, Common Blue, Willow Emerald Damselfly, Common Darter, Migrant Hawker.
