1 Grasshopper Warbler - main lake NE corner, underneath Peacock Tower

1 Sedge Warbler - main reedbed

8 Reed Warbler - reservoir lagoon, reedbed, sheltered lagoon

2 Willow Warbler - south route, sheltered lagoon

13 Chiffchaff - across site

60+ Sand Martin - over site

Breeding Bird Survey Results 30/03 (singing birds only): 4 Blackbird, 5 Blackcap, 12 Chiffchaff, 21 Cetti's Warbler, 2 Willow Warbler, 26 Robin, 4 Reed Bunting, 3 Song Thrush, 23 Wren.

Butterflies and bees (recent records): Holly Blue, Red Admiral, Peacock, Brimstone, Comma, Small White, Speckled Wood, Orange-tip, Bee-fly, Yellow-legged Mining Bee, Tawny Mining Bee, White-bellied Mining-bee, Hairy-footed Flower Bee, Buff-tailed Bumblebee, Orange-Tailed Mining Bee, Early Bumblebee, European Orchard Bee, Common Carder Bee, Honey Bee.
