Wildlife Sightings 05/10/2026

Wader Lake was quiet this morning, with the most birds being seen on the footpath along the hides including flocks of Finches and Tits. Both young and adult Cormorants can be seen practicing independence at this time of year – with numbers moving inland for the winter. Juveniles can be seen perched on the river outside of Saline Lagoon.
