Meet Bing and Flop this May at WWT Washington
This May, Bing and Flop are visiting the Northeast and will be stopping by WWT Washington for two special weekend appearances!
Bing and Flop character appearances
Meet Bing and Flop this May during special meet and greet sessions, which are taking place in our Discovery Centre. All visitors to these sessions will receive a pair of Bing ears to wear before meeting the characters for a photo and high five! Dates and times are:
- Saturday 11 May - 12noon, 1.30pm and 3pm
- Sunday 12 May - 12noon, 1.30pm and 3pm
- Saturday 18 May - 12noon, 1.30pm and 3pm
- Sunday 19 May - 10.30am, 12noon, 1.30pm and 3pm
We anticipate these meet and greet sessions will be incredibly popular and so numbers will be limited to 20 family groups (up to 6 people per group) per session to accommodate. We'll be operating a ticketing system, with tickets available from the admissions area on the day. We ask that all group members stay together and take one photo to help us make sure all families enjoy meeting Bing and Flop during these sessions.
To ensure fairness, tickets will be given to groups present at the time of ticket allocation and cannot be saved for visitors arriving later in the day.
Relaxed meet and greets
Enjoy meeting Bing and Flop in a special relaxed session, designed to welcome visitors who may benefit from a more informal experience, more space and smaller crowds, such as those with autism and sensory or communication needs. These sessions will take place in our Discovery Centre and all visitors will receive a pair of Bing ears to wear before meeting the characters for a photo, a high five or just a wave - whatever you prefer! Dates and times are:
- Sunday 12 May - 10.30am
- Saturday 18 May - 10.30am
Please pre-book your relaxed Bing and Flop meet and greet session now to avoid disappointment.
