Recent Sightings

Sightings from the 4th May have included:

 

  • Main Lake: 35 Tufted ducks, 45 Mallard, 6 Gadwall and 6 Shelducks.
  • Wader Marsh: 4 Shelduck, 15 Black Tailed Godwits and 3 Redshank.
  • Saline Lagoon: 4 Black Headed Gulls.
  • Limestone Lake: 2 Little Grebes.
  • Fox spotted in field.
  • Orange Tip Butterfly seen in Plumbs.
  • 7 Whimbrel seen in field.
  • Fresh Water Lagoon: 1 Common Sandpiper, Sedge Warbler, Mallard with family, 8 Tufted, Greylag pair and 2 Coots.
  • 2 Chiff Chaff in Plumbs.
  • Chaffinches, Goldfinches and Great, Coal and Blue Tits using feeders in Courtyard and at Shop.
