Essential information to help you plan your visit

We're open 7 days a week, 363 days a year - every day except Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Our opening times are:

Visitor Centre - 10am to 5pm

Reserve - 10am to 4.30pm

Kingfisher Café - 10am - 4pm

Prices below are for tickets bought and include a 10% saving. The 10% discount is available until midnight on the day before your visit. After this time, tickets can be purchased on the day at full price online or from our admissions team at the main entrance.

All our Wetland Centres exist to fulfil founder Peter Scott’s vision of connecting people with nature, so we make it a principle that our wetlands and wildlife are accessible to everyone.

Our Kingfisher Café is open everyday from 10am to 4pm offering a breakfast menu until 11:30am and lunch until 3pm.

Fuel up with a breakfast bap or treat yourself to a full Kingfisher breakfast. Our lunch menu includes homemade soup, toasted sandwiches, seasonal classics as well as options for children, vegans and vegetarians. Treat yourself to a freshly baked scone with one of our speciality teas or coffees.

You can also browse gorgeous gifts, books, toys and bird care in our shop.

: Handfeeding sessions are at 3pm daily. Buy a wristband for £1.50 at reception, then meet our keepers in the World Wetland Aviary. Please note: numbers are limited for the health of our birds. Thank you for your understanding.
