Access is available to Main Observatory only due to water levels on the paths. Lady Fen loop is closed due to the wildlife spectacle, Great views from visitor centre and Gill's Lookout . Access via A1101 at Littleport, also road open from Ten Mile Bank.

Highlights from the Wetland Birds Survey which was conducted on Monday 3 December, most duck and wader numbers were down due to the extremely high water levels on the Ouse washes.
