We are open with the following access: Main hide & Nelson Lyle all visitors including scooter users, Lyle & Friends accessible with wellies. Reedbed hide closed.
All Lady Fen trails open - stout walking boots advised.
Road closure: Station Road - access not possible via Ten Mile Bank, A1101 road is open in both directions.

Summer walk

Explore the further reaches of the reserve to fully appreciate the open landscape of the Fens. This area is also known as the land of the three-quarter sky!

In late summer enjoy the last flurry of insect activity from dragonflies basking in the sun to butterflies dancing along the paths.

By early autumn our first winter arrivals make their presence known with whoops, whistles and whickers.
