Wigeon Café
Our Wigeon Café has plenty of indoor seating as well as outdoor seating on the veranda. From our first floor vantage overlook our beautiful wetlands and the Fen landscape beyond.

Café times are subject to change in response to demand. We are closed Christmas Day.
Our Wigeon Café serves a range of hot, cold and iced beverages, as well as freshly made delicious espresso-based beverages. All our drinks can be made with dairy, oat milk or soya milk so please just ask when ordering. We even bag up our used coffee grounds for you to take home and compost!
We always have a delicious choice of cakes and homemade fruit and cheese scones for you to enjoy with your tea or coffee and offer vegan and gluten-free options too.
Our café serves a tempting range of freshly filled ciabattas, paninis, jacket potatoes, homemade soup of the day served with a homemade cheese scone, our homemade vegan bean chilli and freshly baked pasties. We also have gluten free menu options available.

We are proud to stock a fantastic array of curated local suppliers in our shop, including Highfields Honey from Welney Village, Watergull Orchards apple juice and cider from Wisbech and Blended Monkey ceramics and wood turned gifts from Upwell to name just a few.
Our shop has something for everyone, from a wide selection of soft toys, games and jigsaws for children, a fantastic selection of books specialising in bird ID and non-fiction nature writing, as well as bird food and bird care.
We also stock birthday and occasion gifts and treats including cards, sustainable stationary, Roka London Rucksacks and umbrellas, fabulous socks, a range of wellbeing products by Aery living, local and plant-based Isle Soap Co soaps and bath salts as well as beautiful coasters, placemats and chopping boards by local artist Sue Welfare.
Be sure to check out our optics range, with an exclusive range of affordable binocular and scopes by Viking, as well as select Swarovski and Leica options too. Our friendly and trained staff are always happy to help.
Mobility scooters
We have three electric mobility scooters available to book and use for free, please call us on 01353 860711 to book or ask us about them when you arrive.
