Thank you for booking your visit. Booking in advance helps us manage numbers and allows everyone to enjoy their day and feel safe.

We ask everyone to book their visit online, including those who visit for free such as members, children under four and carers. It guarantees your visit and helps manage the safety and comfort of everyone on site.

Please make sure you're able to follow safety guidance before booking your visit.

Visit essentials

We know some things can make or break a visit so below are the things you've told us are most important to know before booking.

  • Cleaning - we’ve increased our cleaning regime, particularly our toilets. And we have plenty of hand sanitiser available around the site
  • Food and drink – limited menu available for sit in and takeaway
  • Hand feeding – now available
  • Hides - open with restrictions
  • Play areas – Wildwood open with some restrictions, soft play closed
  • Toilets – open and cleaned regularly
  • Wheelchair hire – wheelchair hire available

Book your tickets

To guarantee your visit and help us manage numbers safely, please book for everyone, including members, children under four and carers.

You'll receive a booking confirmation once checkout is complete - please bring this with you on the day.

Pre-existing ticket holders: If you bought a ticket before 31 March 2020 and not used it, they’re valid until 31 December 2021. You don’t have to buy new tickets, but please make a free booking for the day you intend to visit. You will need to bring your original ticket and your booking confirmation.
