Sorry, we’re closed

In line with the latest coronavirus restrictions, we have had to close Castle Espie Wetland Centre to all visitors until further notice.

We are disappointed that we are unable to keep all our sites open to allow you access to the wetlands and open spaces that we know can be so important for exercise and for your health and wellbeing.

If you’ve booked to visit us we will automatically cancel your booking. If you aren't a member and have paid to visit as part of your booking then we will automatically refund any payment in full. If you have any queries please email tickets@wwt.org.uk.

Full information on the latest restrictions can be found here: www.nidirect.gov.uk.

We will be keeping the situation under constant review and as soon as we are able to re-open our sites safely and within government restrictions we will let you know through our social media and our website. The health and safety of all our visitors, staff and volunteers remains our priority.

Behind the scenes, we’re still operating as a conservation charity and doing all we can to save wetlands and wildlife. We are incredibly grateful for all the support we have received thus far throughout this challenging time to allow us to carry on our work, it really means the world to us.

Please take care and stay safe.
