Last admission is one hour before closing. We're closed on Christmas Day. On Christmas Eve, we're open from 10.00 am to 3 pm. (Last admission 2 pm).

Prices below are for tickets bought online in advance, and include a 10% saving. The 10% discount is available until midnight on the day before your visit. After this time, tickets can be purchased on the day at full price online or from our admissions team at the main entrance.

Our car park is free to visitors. If you use the car park, you will need to enter your vehicle registration into one of the tablets at the admissions desk.

Food and drink

The café opens at 10:00am, last orders are half an hour before the centre closes.

Hot food (lunch service) from 11:30am to 3:00pm.

All our Wetland Centres exist to fulfil founder Peter Scott’s vision of connecting people with nature, so we make it a principle that our wetlands and wildlife are accessible.

The site has accessible paths and hides, and we have mobility scooters and wheelchairs available for hire

Dogs

Unfortunately we can't allow dogs or pets of any kind on site, with the exception of trained assistance dogs, as our wildlife may become distressed. Trained assistance dogs are welcome but must be kept on their lead and under control at all times. Please ensure any dog waste is removed. If any of our birds/animals behaviour is affected by the presence of your dog, we respectfully ask that you understand that we may have to ask you to move away from the area. Please do not leave your dog in your car whilst visiting.
