Get stuck into a fun, creative & educational session at the Water Lab during our Dragonfly Festival. Working with our reserve wardens, you’ll build a mini wetland using stones, logs, plants & natural materials, learning how these tiny habitats support insects, amphibians & birds. This family-friendly nature activity is perfect for curious young explorers looking for hands-on wildlife experiences at Washington Wetland Centre. Your finished wetland will even become part of our reserve, helping wildlife long after your visit.
