Buzzard on site
A buzzard was spotted above the play area at about 4pm today, heading over the flamingo house then up river towards Penshaw Monument.

Grasshopper warbler
A grasshopper warbler has just been spotted down at the amphibian ponds - quite a rarity for us and usually seen in spring :-)
