Led by our knowledgeable Welney volunteers, this immersive experience takes in the seasonal highlights as well as giving you some history to the site and opportunities to chat and ask questions. Learn how to spot and enjoy wetland wildlife, with tips from your guide. Whether you're curious about the wildlife itself, the landscape or what it takes to look after our wetlands, our guides bring Welney to life with stories and insights.
Binoculars and field guides are provided—just bring your curiosity!
Whilst we think this event is best suited to those aged 10+, if you have a young budding nature lover who would enjoy this walk, they are welcome to join. If you’re bringing a child along with you, please do let us know their age when booking.
No experience necessary.
Time: 10.30am-12.30pm
Cost: £7 per adult, £3.50 per child, non-WWT members need to purchase admission ticket also.
