Common tern arrival
The first two common tern of 2013 are on Wader Lake!
Not sure if they're a pair yet, but their arrival surely means summer isn't too far behind.
And when the rest of the colony has joined them on Tern Island (some 80-100 pairs by June) the resulting cacophony is incredible. A true wildlife highlight not to be missed!!
