About me
My favourite subject has always been mathematics, which inspired me to pursue Accounting and Finance as my area of study. After graduating from university, I have worked with several NGOs in different sectors, including health, agriculture, and environmental conservation. Through these experiences, I have had the opportunity to share my knowledge and professional experience while also learning from the people around me.
These experiences have helped me gain valuable knowledge, develop my professional skills, and build strong relationships with colleagues and partners.
I am now very delighted to be part of WWT and to contribute to the conservation of natural resources. I hope that, through my work and experience, I can contribute to protecting and improving our natural resources and supporting their sustainable development in the future.
My role
I am responsible for leading and overseeing all Admin and Finance tasks, providing the necessary administrative support to ensure smooth and effective implementation of the organisation's activities.
As part of my role, I lead the establishment and implementation of the Financial Management system, including policies and procedures, for Cambodia in collaboration with the WWT-UK Finance team. I also manage comprehensive financial recording, monitoring, and reporting systems to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of expenditures, balances, payments, bank statements, and other financial data for day-to-day transactions and reporting.
