Recent Sightings 23rd April 2018
The following sightings were recorded today at mid-tide from the reserve at Castle Espie. The summer visitor continue to arrive and the Black-headed gulls are starting to lay their eggs. We have also had a few Mediterranean Gulls on the reserve recently.
Estuary – visible from the Brent Hide and the Limekiln Observatory

Main lake – visible from Sensory garden and Visitor centre

Shingle bank – visible from Sensory garden, Wadermarsh and Visitor centre
