Add a splash of colour to your Dragonfly Festival visit and become a dragonfly with our nature‑inspired facepainting.
Inspired by dragonflies’ iridescent colours and graceful movement, our facepainter Amanda invites everyone to express themselves and feel part of the festival celebrations, all surrounded by the sights and sounds of wetland nature.
Face painting is included with entry tickets, making it a perfect drop‑in treat alongside our other Dragonfly Festival activities.

Date: Friday 7 August 2026
Time: 12pm - 3pm
Place: There will be a facepainting gazebo set up by the cafe exit. If the weather is poor, facepainting will take place in the visitor centre instead.
Cost: Included in your entrance ticket price, which is free for WWT members.
