Experience a spellbinding selection of seasonal entertainment
- Weave a little magic with a handmade willow wand
- Mix a marshland potion and make a wish for wetlands and wildlife
- Search for spotted tops, strange shapes, mesmerising colours and more on a mysterious fungi hunt
- Examine an owl’s pellet and unlock the secrets of its midnight feast
- Paint your own colourful toadstool in an art workshop
- Step into the magic of a fairy mushroom ring in Wiggly Wood

Wand Making: All day (Water Lab)

Pick up your free guide to fungi and see how many you can spot as you explore.
Marvellous Minibeasts: 10:30am - 11:00am (Pond Zone)
Creepy crawlies with magical abilities are waiting to meet you!
Owl Pellets & Spooky Skulls: 11:30am - 12:00pm (Discovery Room)
Find out what our owls have eaten, and take a closer look at different wetland bones and skulls!
Pond Dipping: 1:00pm - 2:00pm (Pond Zone)
Delve below the surface to discover amazing underwater creatures.
Fairy Rings Art Workshop: 2:00pm - 3:00pm (Penclacwydd Room)
Paint your own beautiful toadstool to take home, or add your creation to our magical fairy ring.
Potion Making: 3:00pm - 3:30pm (Observatory)
Head to potions class in The Observatory and brew a magical potion made with natural wetland elements.
There’s something for everyone when you swap the ghosts for geese and enjoy a week of enchanting, hands-on activities that will spark curiosity and create magical memories.
Everything is included in entry, which is free for WWT members.
