Rare visitor!
We again have a (very handsome) male Ferruginous duck on site today. The bird has been here since Friday, first spotted in the filter reed beds. This species has not been seen wild on site for over thirty years!

This afternoon at 4 o clock we spotted an adult male Ferruginous duck in the white headed duck pen on the inner circle. This is the second sighting in two days, first spotted in the filter reed beds. This species has not been seen on site for over thirt
