About the Artist
Martin in his own words:
My passion is for field sketching wild birds, I like to out in the field with my binoculars and scope observing the birds in their habitat and trying to make some connection with ‘the’ bird I’m drawing.
I have been lucky enough to spend time in the field with some of the UK’s foremost bird/wildlife artists and have learnt a great deal mainly from their approach to wildlife observation.
I am now making my own path into the world of field sketching birds and hope to meet you somewhere out in the field.
