Diversion due to local road closures
From Monday 2 March to Tuesday 3 March there will be a road closure along the A1101 between the villages of Upwell and Lakes End. Anyone approaching us from Wisbech/Peterborough direction are advised to travel via Dowham market.
From Wednesday 4 March up to Tuesday 10 March there will be another closure, this time in Welney village itself. In addition to the diversion through Downham Market, anyone approaching us from March will also need to take the diversion via Downham Market and if you are approaching from Chatteris you will need to take a diversion via Mepal and Ely to gain entry from the A10 end of the A1101.
